We are a group of friends in our early thirties living in Amsterdam who are ready to take the next step: creating a place where we can settle long-term and build our future. Sustainability is central to how we think and live, and we want our homes to reflect that. Most of us have been connected to Amsterdam for many years—some born and raised here, others who have made the city their home—and we want to stay close to the people and communities that matter to us. At the same time, we are looking for more space, nature, and a healthier living environment where we can grow as a community and eventually raise families.
What brings us together is a shared spirit of collaboration and creativity. We enjoy spending time together—cooking, playing games, making music—and we want our building to reflect that same sense of openness and connection. We imagine shared spaces where neighbors can meet, organize activities, exchange ideas, and contribute to the life of the building and the neighborhood. We are gradually expanding the group with people who share our values around sustainability, community, and long-term commitment, creating a diverse but like-minded group of future residents who want to build not just a building, but a vibrant and welcoming place to live.
