How do I become a member?

If you're interested, we schedule a conversation. If there's a mutual fit, you become a member of our cooperative association.

How much is the initial contribution?

€30k. You pay this in phases.

When can I apply for a mortgage?

Q4 2027, once the building permit has been finalised.

When will my home be ready?

If all goes to plan, Q1 2029.

What if I change my mind?

We look for a replacement who takes over your spot and contribution.

Is there an owner-occupancy requirement?

Yes, approximately 4 years after completion.
